Hello @IBEDC_NG , please I need assistance with a Clear Tamper Token for my MOJEC prepaid meter.

Meter No: 0213240421627

My credit finished and I subsequently loaded a new token,which was successfully accepted.The meter now shows over 305 kWh,but there is no electricity supply.

@IBEDC_NG The installer has assessed the meter and confirmed that the relay is OFF and that a Clear Tamper Token is required to restore the supply.

He said he requested the tamper token over 48 hours ago but is yet to receive it. Kindly check and assist me directly with the Tamper Token.
