• Designed mainly for Forex trading
• Massive library of indicators and Expert Advisors (EAs)
• Preferred by many prop firm traders

✅ MT5
• Faster execution and improved performance
• Supports Forex, Stocks, Futures, and CFDs
• More timeframes and technical indicators
• Advanced Depth of Market (DOM) and economic calendar
• Better backtesting capabilities for algorithmic traders

My Take:
If your focus is purely Forex and you value simplicity, MT4 remains a solid choice. If you want advanced tools, multi-asset trading, and future-proof technology, MT5 is the clear upgrade.

The platform doesn't make a trader profitable. Discipline, risk management, and consistency do.
