@virginmedia Its all well and good making estimations buts its 10 days with shocking wifi stability and not one person on your support line can help or give any real explanation and not one of your twitter admins can either, so where do i go from here? find a different provider...
@virginmedia So the issue still persists, Wifi off every day between 10pm-9am, Status checker tells me a new date and time for the issue to be fixed each time it gets to its deadline, no one on the phone can give any information or assistance and there is 0 progress being made...
@virginmedia So I've waited patiently watching on the status checker as there was a fix date and time of today at 14:40, clear to see they have just moved that time back now until 18:40 and Im sure they'll continue moving it back, when will someone just fix the issue???!?!?!?
Explain your lack of organisation, my whole streets wifi goes off every night at 10pm, 10:01 the other night, 10.03 last night and we call to complain and all you can say is you are working on it? 5 days of no wifi past ten its like being in prison.
@virginmedia So all I can do until the 3rd of November is twiddle my thumbs with no wifi and wait. im not using my mobile data to have internet in my own house when I have broadband I pay for
@BitchinSauce I live in the UK but I came to Cali for a wedding this year and tried some Chipotle Bitchin Sauce and its the best thing ever and I just wish I could buy it in the Uk is there any retailer in the UK where I can this sauce!!!
@virginmedia It identifies a new issue every day but nothing changes, every night it gets to ten and it all goes off its a joke, how hard can it be to stop that from happening.

@virginmedia So can I get a number for someone or some team that can actually sort this persistent issue or do I need to start looking elsewhere for a provider that can keep the wifi on more than 8 hours a day...
@virginmedia The service returns by about this time in the morning, but from 10pm every night for the last week the wifi goes off and the router starts blinking red, and the status just says there is an issue that might affect me. I find it hard to believe no one knows the issue
@Bromcom I have used the AI attached to your MIS and I have found it very underwhelming compared to many other AI's availble (understandably), It's very vague and it's no "Bromcom" expert, I think it would be more useful to train it on the system itself to help users get what they need.
