Dear Director-General,

I strongly object to the proposed amendments to the National Credit Act that would allow educational institutions to submit student debt to credit bureaus.
This move will unfairly penalise students, damage their future opportunities, and deepen inequality.

Students should not be blacklisted for pursuing education. I urge the Department to withdraw this proposal.
