🔊Booked thru @Delta, got “protection” via @AllianzTravelUS. Never again. Delta, this company doesn’t reflect ur values.
Said refund would go 2 original payment—sent a check instead. Then STOPPED PAYMENT on it. Now I’m out what I paid + $30 fee from my bank.

UPDATE‼️
@AllianzTravelUS only responded after I called them out. Told me to email—said refund would be to original payment. Then sent a check 😒 Stopped payment on it 🤬 Now I’m hit w/ a $30 fee.
This is unacceptable.

@AllianzTravelUS I sent the 📧explaining everything that happened even tho u could’ve listened to 7 calls. Then u say the claim has been paid again. Problem is, which was the original problem I 📞about, u r using the WRONG payee name‼️It will NOT go thru until you update the refund w/ MY Name🤦🏾‍♂️
