@GfedGoCrazy He's also completely wrong, 24 teams or not. God forbid a kid get to transfer out to another school after showing his talent and get paid for it. The sport has made tons of improvements from the days when coaches literally owned these players for 4 years.
I pretty much agree with this. In-season rankings can't be used as a accurate reflection. It's all effort to prove the hypothesis but it's not solid evidence. Every game and team aren't constant either, teams play different each week.
This a favorite misdirection from SEC homers- log the ranking of the team *at the time* and not where they end up in the CFP T25. Ascribing value via a preseason or September poll built by sportswriters guessing at shit is the domain of the willfully ignorant
Auburn played so damn well. Intensity, zone coverage while actually pursuing! (Corey Batoon take notes), taking the yards they could get and capitalizing on turnovers.
Georgia played at their glacial pace and it killed them.
Literally just do this
Seven 10 team divisions
Play everyone in your division+2 cross division+1 buy game
Division champs make playoff + wild cards + G6
One time free transfer
Boom I just fixed college football ๐๐
