I'm not sure if it's better that I push through, or if I should let myself rest until Saturday. I definitely think it's smarter not to erode my own discipline, but I always feel so tempted to just take a break and focus on something else when I get worked up like this.

@matchafae_ I didn't watch TGA, but that's a really interesting looking game! The costume and creature design is very uncommon in games, and I wasn't expecting to see a big budget sandbox survival game this late into the genre. Can't tell if it reminds me more of Conan or 7 Days.

@PendingV A lot of it really comes down to the delivery more than anything. If it can be written so that it isn't jarring, and so that it doesn't feel like it's trying to be sly with a *nudge nudge wink wink*, it can work smoothly. Natural and offhand instead of like it's throwing shade.

@PendingV Yeah, I think there's a few occasions where you might be able to pull it off but by-and-large it kind of breaks immersion, and though I hate to use this term as a criticism, causes me to "cringe" a bit.
