@OldSchoolRS By making them untradable. Make all current banked scrolls eligible for a reroll for a purple BUT it does not add to the collection log. Then buff the remaining purples rates by ~2x. The prices of non-prayer scrolls would drop at first but rebound. This would fix the prayer…
