The more he watched, the more he practiced and slowly...Tulle was getting better. The gravel-like noise was slowly smoothing out until it was non-existent.
Tulle has found his voice and can now speak the common tongue of this planet.
English!
This time around, Tulle had decided to hide in plain sight.
He hid in the cities, ducking behind alleyways and munching on scrap metal and abandoned cars to keep himself out of trouble.
The longer he stayed away from interacting with others, the more he felt settled into this
new planet.
Maybe he will stay... So long as the humans do not approach him.
Tulle has spent time observing them, learning to mimic their sounds. In time, he learned how to speak.
Not that he could read and figure out where he was or what buildings had printed on them....
It has been some time since he was last out of hiding.
The last time Tulle emerged...some turtle man wanted to throw him on a lab table.
Not that Tulle was worried he'd succeed. The vibe that creature gave off was haunting.
//If anyone would like to fite this metal alien demon child, let me know. I could use some practice using and refining Tulle.
I haven't given up on him. Just haven't had much muse lately. I might be using him soon.

. . . . . .
Calmly rips another traffic sign from the concrete ground just to munch on that--
Okay. ONE more. Then it should be just fine until later today.
Gravel-like exhale--
He really doesn't feel like fighting anyone. He just wants to live in peace and eat all day and do nothing!
Since the coast is clear, he'll move on from the destruction he caused and casually float away from it.
Huff...
Huff...
Huff...
His hands were visibly shaking. Was he low on some minerals?! He thought that bedrock had enough nutritional value to last him a few hours not minutes!
Perhaps he should have eaten more...
Tulle let out an agitated sigh as he lowered his hands.
Another, smaller, can was next followed by the nearest light pole--
Tulle was just-- He was just--
So. HUNGRY!
He cared not one bit as several witnesses to the carnage began to screech and flee from what looked like a crazed, grey skinned, man.
'WHAT IS HE ON?!'
