why is it so hard to cancel an Equifax subscription? I have been calling all week and as soon as someone supposedly picks up the line my call is dropped I am consistently being billed this is clearly fraud

@equifaxcanada it has been a week of me trying to call constantly having it go nowhere I have reached out on Twitter I am at my wits and I think my last option is to contact the RCMP and open a fraud investigation, why is it so hard to cancel a product on your service?

@algolia we have open numerous support tickets and emailed yet your response time continues to take up to one week please check your DM if this issue is not resolved immediately we will have no choice but to switch to another API and hold you responsible for any damages
