#Ramada by #Wyndham in #CedarRapids manager had the nerve to argue that just because they were bugs in the bed didn’t mean they were bedbugs!!! We showed them to the overnight Mgr!! There are #bedbugs in #310! #beware

What is hotel protocol when a guest discovers bedbugs?? At #Ramada by #Wyndham in #CedarRapids we moved rooms in the middle of the night. Checked out the next morning. But the hotel are you still charging us for the rooms! The manager was so RUDE!
