My timeline is full of Thai people praising Orm’s acting 🥹
For me, the first time I watched her in TSOU, I already knew she was a talented actress.
I’m actually quite picky when it comes to watching dramas. If an actor looks even slightly awkward or unnatural, it’s already a fail for me.
But Orm almost has no flaws in her acting. Every movement, every expression, from happiness and sadness to heartbreak, feels completely natural and perfectly delivered.
My only regret is that Thai seems to have fewer diverse scripts, or maybe CH3 dramas haven’t quite caught up with the times. So even if Orm acts brilliantly, without a strong script, her performance may not receive the recognition it deserves.
For example, in OY, Orm actually acted very well and even had long dialogue scenes that required strong skills. But it couldn’t go viral or receive as much praise as now because OY’s script and story were too simple and somewhat childish, without much depth for discussion.
But with the same level of acting, if she were given a deeper story that could reach a wider audience, her talent would be recognized much more and elevated to another level.
I don’t really know how to explain it... I’m happy, but also a little sad 🥹
