The critical ingredient is getting off your butt and doing something. It’s as simple as that. A lot of people have ideas, but there are few who decide to do something about them now. Not tomorrow. Not next week. But today.
Start small from where you are and with what you have.
@seyedele Cause the president uses Escalade, authomatically it now looks like the vehicle of power, plus the used version is cheaper compared to other SUV in that category
@seyedele Same here o! I had to tell everyone at the office to postpone any celebration till next year. 😂 Who celebrates a birthday on a Monday?
Happy birthday, Chief! Just discovered we’re birthday mates. Wishing you a fantastic year ahead.
One of the greatest long-term investments anyone can make in Nigeria is building world-class technical and vocational institutions. No economy can industrialize without a large workforce of highly skilled artisans and technicians.
While growing up, we did two houses in Lagos and Benin City solely with Ghanaian tilers as we couldn't trust the Nigerians to do a good job. These houses were completed in 1994 and 1998 and the work remains immaculate.
I lived somewhere else in Lagos when I moved from home and it was the shoddiest work I had ever seen. Misaligned tilework and shoddy electrical fittings. This was in one if the best estates in Lagos.
Moving to Ghana made me experience excellent construction workmanship more. It is about the quality of apprenticeship and guidance. Many in Nigeria never learned properly and they kept passing on mediocrity.
That 10,000 hours heuristics is so true. I’ve put in those hours plus change in scoping out destinations .. that all I need is a few random pictures from a place and in 3 guesses, I’ll tell you the exact country (sometimes city) where it was taken.

If Manchester United signed Victor Osimhen, here are 5 realistic outcomes that could happen:
1. Manchester United instantly become title contenders
A world-class striker is often worth 10–15 extra league points over a season. United’s biggest weakness for years has been converting chances consistently. Several reports have even described Osimhen as the striker who could turn United into genuine title challengers.
2. Osimhen could challenge for the Premier League Golden Boot
Osimhen has consistently scored at elite levels in multiple leagues and recorded huge goal totals with Galatasaray and Napoli. He scored 37 goals in 41 appearances during his title-winning campaign with Galatasaray.
3. He could break United’s post-Ferguson scoring records
No Manchester United player has consistently delivered 30+ goals season after season since the peak years of Robin van Persie and Wayne Rooney.
If Osimhen scores 35–40 goals in all competitions, he could produce one of the best individual attacking seasons United fans have seen in over a decade.
4. Other elite players become more willing to join United
Top players want to play with top players.
A signing like Osimhen signals ambition. Suddenly creative midfielders and wingers see a proven finisher ahead of them. Transfers often happen in chains: one superstar attracts another. This is part of why clubs chase marquee signings even beyond their goals and assists.
5. Osimhen enters Ballon d’Or conversations
If he:
Scores 30+ goals,
Leads United back to major trophies,
Performs in the Champions League,
he could realistically finish among the top Ballon d’Or candidates. He has already been regarded as one of the world’s elite strikers and among the top footballers globally.
🚨 Man Utd have narrowed down their search for a new striker to four names, according to reports.
🇳🇬 Victor Osimhen
🇵🇱 Robert Lewandowski
🇷🇸 Dušan Vlahović
🇫🇷 Jean-Philippe Mateta
Who should they pick? 👀

Resharing, someone needs it.
I actually think audacity is not something you find, it’s something you’re born with. Audacious people don’t even realize they’re audacious. They just do things that feel normal to them, but completely abnormal to the average person.
Right from when I was a kid, I did things that felt ordinary to me, yet people around me always described them as bold or audacious. A perfect example was when I left home at 20 to forge my own path away from the eyes of my parents, or when I dropped out of school to go learn a skill.
To me, those decisions felt natural. To others, they felt crazy. That’s when I realized audacity is not always a conscious trait. sometimes it’s simply who you are.

Find audacity. There is nothing that will help you more in this life than audacity, find it, let it push you to do things , to silence the noise , to go back to school, to leave the country, to start a business, to do things . To fight for your life.
In 1972, Ugandan dictator Idi Amin ordered the expulsion of about 80,000 Asians (mostly Indians), seizing their businesses and properties as part of an "Economic War" to put the economy in the hands of indigenous black Ugandans. Guess what, the move failed because the new owners lacked the necessary business management skills and capital, leading to widespread business failure and economic collapse.
