In 2024 alone, cybercriminals stole over $30 million of Ohio #SNAP benefits, leaving more than 28,000 Ohio households stranded at the checkout counter, unable to buy groceries. #LegalAid attorneys agree that updating SNAP cards with chip technology would keep SNAP benefits safe.
