To our surprise, the prosecutors return back to court today 12th of October 2018, and said RICTA (Rwanda Internet Community and Technology Alliance) is "planning" on importing a software to open a phone, wow!!! Unheard off.(4/8).

On the 22nd of September 2018 and 1st October 2018, my sister in-law (his wife) sent a link of an application and procedural video, which could open different locked phones without loosing any data to Maitre Francois; their lawyer. (2/8) .
