Great write up. Towing is the Achilles heel of the Rivian platform at this point. I love every aspect of the truck until it is time to tow any distance. Larger battery packs with faster charging speeds will fix that with time but Rivian needs to start leading this charge as an Adventure based company.

@AmpdAdventures I go off-roading, but want to do longer overlanding trips and have huge range anxiety about getting stuck. Some trips I want to do are the Mojave Road (which I have less anxiety about ) and the Mammoth Backcountry Discovery Trail. How are you doing your planning?

Oh, 0-60 in 3.8 sec with a ton of gear, my fat ass on 34" tires with slipage due to rare So Cal rain is crazy!!!
