@TRECommission should investigate @CinchHome we filed a claim on 7/13 and need a new AC and 6.5 weeks later we have nothing to show for it except the $4600 we paid out of pocket to the service provider they picked. No AC. 100+ degree temps. With kids.

@CinchHome reached out via tweet to me with an email to get personalized support regarding my claim that has been open since 7/13 and three hours later I still have no response from them. 45 days without an air conditioner and no end in sight.

@CinchHome we filed a claim on 7/13/24, our AC needs replaced, and your service provider still has not performed service. You paid them $6100 and are willing to buy out the claim from me for only $2200, which is unacceptable for a new AC. I cannot get ahold of my claim manager.

They are impossible to get ahold of. @cinchhome is trying to write us a check for $2200 to buy out the claim when they paid the service provider $6100. Please help the consumers of TX against predatory warranty companies like this.
