Here's some info on TREC's Enforcement Division: It investigates complaints, enforces the Commission’s rules, and reviews new applicants’ and current license holders’ background history concerns—which could include criminal activity. #RealEstate
TREC’s Licensing Division announced (during the May meeting: https://t.co/lbDON2UTsI) the agency will end this fiscal year with a slight increase in the total number of license holders, which is at 236,000. There is also an increase in easement/right-of-way agent applications.
During TREC's May meeting, the Commission voted to adopt several rule changes with a focus on Broker Responsibility.
