Feel free to add Kap, Jarry, or other. But, my point is, Edm can add whoever they need this season which pushes players out of the lineup, and out of the 20 man playoff roster/cap.
Kapanen, Janmark, Stastney, Mukhamaduhlin, Jarry = 12.7m
Unless I missed something, I hope this gives everyone a better understanding of Edm's cap situation.
I legitimate question I have for everyone is: How many games do we see Andersen, Levi, and Jarry play next season?
My thoughts? Probably 28 each (or close to unless injuries happen).
The reason I'm very excited for the next podcast episode (which is postponed due to flooding evacuation) is because of my research on Mike Babcock.
I've researched and studied...
• The Ana era
• The Det era
• The Tor Era
• Systematic play
• His influence on xG
• His perfect imperfection with player quality
• and more
The more I learn about him, the more he reaches the term "excellence" in my opinion. As someone who was greatly against this hire, my opinion has changed dramatically. I still have some doubts for some obvious reasons, but there are topics not discussed yet; an insight into some neat evidence of what he has done and will bring.
I am very excited to discuss Mike Babcock being Edmonton's next coach. This next podcast episode is a MUST-listen.
We are sad to postpone this episode due to being evaluated due to flooding. We couldn't be more excited to get our next epiosde done. We thank everyone for the patients.

Matthew Savoie had 18 goals, 19 assists, and 37 points last year in 82 games. He only played 14:47 per game, with 12:06 of that being at 5v5.
• His ice time is expected to go up to 16 minutes at 5v5, and 18 minutes overall per game. That projects him to get 23 goals, 29 assists, and 52 points in 82 games.
I'd recommend signing Savoie ASAP. If he gets the right opportunity, his ceiling is projected to hit 41 goals, 46 assists, and 87 points. That's with 1st line, 1st power play, and 1st penalty kill minutes. He's an extremely good defensive player and very versatile.
• In a lucky year, we could see Savoie reaching pts totals of 52 goals, 46 assists, and 98 points. If Savoie develops even stronger playdriving skills, these overall projections could get higher.
3 on 3 Tourney Thread
Not a proper report. Just a glimpse. 3 on 3 is a good way to see some creation skills, defensive habits and other but its not the same as a game.
Here we go.
