Calling all our supporters and friends, near and far.
A big thank you to those who have contributed so far. If you haven't made a donation/loan yet, please give it serious consideration and contact a committee member ASAP.
Tomorrow I am taking part in the @TrainM8_ Gimme1000 challenge in aid of piëta house and Irish cancer research society. The challenge involves performing 1,000 reps of a specific exercise with the aim of raising much needed funds for the two organisations.
Weekly update of the boys 👨🏻Mustaches starting to take shape now, few questionable ones but fair play to the lads for taking part in Movember 💚All donations would be greatly appreciated for such a great cause #Movember
