Really Sad. Keith was a strong economist &a highly experienced civil servant. Very decisive in all his career life.He never feared to offer advise to any, including the president even when it wasn't favorable & never feared to take responsibility when it was necessary. So SAD!
I also held bilateral talks with H.E President Paul Kagame on a number of issues, especially on regional peace, stability and cooperation. I welcome H.E Kagame to Uganda.
You hounded the man in life. You hounded him as he fought for his life in hospital. You're now hounding him in death! Eh eh eh my Lord, I wonder! This is called okuwalana omulambo! Why troll a man even in death? If you can please take the pomp and glamour and give us back Jacob!
The more I reflect on human mortality, the more I conclude that we are not just bodies with souls, but we are souls with bodies. The bodies are mortal. The souls are immortal. The world’s applause may earn you eternal damnation, yet it’s denunciation may earn you eternal life!
A friend of a friend lost her job.
She went to her pastor and he 'prophesied' that this was a sign from God that she should now serve him full time as an usher.
She was very good at cooking so we convinced her to open a restaurant using our contributions and her savings. 1/2
I have heard some people say Oulanyah was killed, they are taking advantage of problems to play politics. The police should look for you. Oulanyah died in a reputable hospital, for someone who is educated to go and say he was killed, NO. We can not mourn with this indiscipline.

Countrymen and Countrywomen.
It is with a lot of sadness that I announce the death of the Rt. Hon. Jacob Oulanyah, the Speaker of Parliament.
Women are super intelligent. They need to be supported and empowered. Just allow them to use their God given potential and see. Geraldine Ssali Permanent Secretary @mtic_uganda while giving closing remarks at the #360degreeWEN
Reports of the continuing ill health of Rt. Hon. @JacobOulanyah have been of great concern. Over a week ago, I spoke to some family members and extended wishes for a quick recovery. All of us, despite our different political affiliations should unite and pray for his recovery.
We send our thoughtful prayers to the Speaker of parliament @JacobOulanyah, with the hope that you will feel better and bounce back strong as a bull.
Regardless of our political differences, it's a reminder that we are one Uganda, one people. We pray for a quick recovery.
