@IndiGo6E communication system is broken. No staff knows what’s going on regarding luggage. Sharon at Mumbai T1 rudest, clueless staff who wouldn’t take any responsibility after getting multiple calls from your staff about collecting the offloaded bag from T1 reservation.

@IndiGo6E PNR: ZZEDVG have waited for more than 45 minutes for the baggage that hasn’t come. No sense of responsibility and Sharon after locating the bag said “not my problem if it’s going to take 20-25 minutes more”. No manager on site to resolve this.
