stumbled across this new serialisation about a baseball club kid who, after retiring from the club, is immediately dumped by his girlfriend and forms a bond with the girl who sits next to him and does her hair in a wide variety of styles. look how adorable this is?????
@bruhchizu I think genderbends are fun so I gave it a look but tell me why 95% of the posters are haralding their harem fanfictions as some kind of revolutionary incel invention just bc it’s not gay lmao. Like idk guys is this 11-17yo mischaracterized tsundere anime school girl THAT unique?
@lovhes_stupid@KuroSekaiAnime Harry and Ron hang out with each other bc they enjoy each other’s company. They’re like-minded and it’s made a point several times in the books that Ron is Harry’s favorite person. If anything, Harry being famous is actually a point of tension in their relationship, not its cause
@naiunua Back to add that I like what they did in S9 to streamline (he’s impulsive with infinite conflicting emotions + life experiences to draw from; ofc he’s unpredictable), it’s just funny that it was all to say that the only important/stagnant thing about him is his bond with Rick💀
@naiunua S9 made him more cohesive imo (idealistic, but Rick’s kid) but he’s the most inconsistent character by FAR lol. Early on his anger/skill was traceable, but it’s like he got systematically defanged around S4/S5 to keep the formula & now he has shrödinger’s character development.
@waltzofeva@naiunua@IymintheAsbetos I was gonna say! My fav thing about S9 was how it streamlined Rick and Morty’s developments. Rick’s improved but stuck and Morty’s many, many, many personality traits pop up situationally instead of randomly. He’s experienced but so young his emotions get the better of him.
