@Off1cialtissue@DiscussingFilm You’re a moron. Thanks for being so aloof as to think that you think everyone should have the same taste in film in TV and film as you.
@Off1cialtissue@DiscussingFilm Not sure what you watched. Other than the demonic flying baby, this show rocked. Though they kind of screwed with the time line a bit.
I keep forgetting this show. It completely caught me off guard. Was not expecting it to be as good as it was. The chemistry between Abdul-Mateen and Kingsley is magical
@BobbyBeltTX@DallasCowboysU1 I think the point of contention is he doesn’t make plays. He’s a reliable player. That’s why he sticks around. I think the fans want someone w some upside
@DiscussingFilm Nice. Love Widow’s Bay, Knight of the Seven Kingdoms and Fallout. Good to see the genre shows getting some love. Especially Widow’s Bay. You never see horror series get nominated for much past makeup effects or sound editing
@Guitarbizon I was 5. So I didn’t have any at the time. And my parents listened to mostly Grand Ole Opry stuff. I have them all now on vinyl save for the Elton John and Aerosmith. And I like those. Just don’t have them on vinyl
@BerisfordRon Dude is 71 years old. If you pay to go see a 71 year old guy singing 80s hits this is pretty much what you should expect. Don’t get people trying to make fun of him.
@landofthe80s Don hates it. But it’s actually my favorite of the series. The weirdness is reigned in a little and there’s a more cohesive storyline. But the bigger budget added a fuller more realized dimension to the film the others lacked. It’s just a shame they swapped leads
@JimAlba23@JVMonte2 The google definition is funny. It speaks more to 60s frat rock. But the frat rock I’m more familiar w was the stuff that came out in the early to mid 90s
@JimAlba23@JVMonte2 Yeah. It’s a real thing. Look it up. It’s basically a kind of pop rock that you normally hear being blasted a college fraternity parties. Too tame to be called alt rock, but too loud to be called yacht rock
