@Saint_Mikal_13 @angertab Its POORLY worded and even though Article 1 states an immediate end, the way the rest of the article is written is probably why both israel and Iran refuse to abide by it is the FINAL sentence of that article. It contradicts the entire passage above it.

The MOU doesn't say that that has to happen immediately. One of the last clauses CLEARLY stated that only conditions 4,5,10, and 11 would go into immediate effect. There is a total of 60 days remaining for Israel and who ever to blow each other up. Till then its just gonna happen.

Nobody is technically violating the MOU. It clearly states that only provisions 4, 5, 10, and 11 would go into effect immediately or over the next 30 to 60 days. Iran has a period of 30 days to open the strait. Do i still think the deal sucks. Yes, but i see that it only all pertains to world wide economics. The actual military conflicts were technically never resolved yet.
