Many would read the vixen's expression as "bored", and for many foxen, they'd be right. The First Fox is slightly different, though; she's rarely bored.

She misses spending time with the younger foxen. Simply being an elder, keeping them company.

She hums a little as she sits and leans against the wall; apparently her infectious high spirits still haven't failed her.

Inexplicably to most people, that is; for Tamamo, the explanation shouldn't be hard to figure out, though it's been quite a long time since the two have seen each-other.
