GMT DAO Voting 🗳️

After the first voting period, 60 million GMT were burned—a massive milestone. Rewards have been distributed to those who participated, and the third vote is already underway.
🔹 The new vote is about how voting power should work moving forward.
🔹 Options include rewarding voting streaks, boosting power for burning GMT, or linking power to NFTs like MORCHI, STEPN Genesis Sneaker, or Gas Hero badges.
🔹 Voting is live on https://t.co/w7YiFa0uwz until May 12th!

Plus, the GMT DAO is open to community proposals for future votes! Submit it to [email protected] and help shape the future of the ecosystem!

STEPN Leaderboard 🏆

It’s official—the STEPN Leaderboard is happening! The community voted for this feature during the second voting period, and we’re fully committed to delivering it.
🔹 The Leaderboard will bring a whole new layer of engagement to the app.
🔹 Players will be able to track their progress, see where they rank, and push themselves to climb higher.
🔹 The team is already working on the design and mechanisms.

The Leaderboard is set to go live in the next few months! Plus, sneak peeks of the UI will be shared with the GMT DAO, who will decide if they want to post it on X. Make sure to follow @GMTDAOOfficial!

Community Questions ❓

🔹 Q: Will we be able to Enhance Common Sneakers to get Uncommon ones?
A: Not at the moment, but we’ll consider it in the future.

🔹 Q: How will Uncommon Sneakers be included in STEPN GO? Will it be through the marketplace or by minting Common Sneakers?
A: It must first go through by opening Shoe Boxes, then people can circulate them in the marketplace.

🔹 Q: Can Shoe Boxes minted before the update goes live contain Uncommon Sneakers if opened after the update is released?
A: Yes.

🔹 Q: Will GMT be required to mint Uncommon Sneakers?
A: No, but the Mint Quota will increase.

🔹 Q: Is the GGT earning cap going to be increased when using an Uncommon Sneaker?
A: Yes, if leveled beyond Level 20.

🔹 Q: What will be the first mini game on FSL Game Hub?
A: We'll release it after the Uncommon Update. Launching a great game takes time, so we'll make sure to take the necessary time to deliver the best experience.

🔹 Q: Wen leaderboard?
A: After the Uncommon Update.

🔹 Q: Any last words?
A: We’re always looking for ways to add more value to the space. We’ll share our long-term plan for the next two years when the time is right.

Thanks to everyone for being part of this exciting journey.

2025 is shaping up to be epic, and we can’t wait to share even more with you soon! 🌟
