@RAWARPG No need to wait and see, it’s not like they are coming to come out and tell you that lol. It’s why the sale is THIS WEEK and ends a bit after. So people can tune in, finish OOT and see what else is on there. @RAWARPG

I know marketing very well.

[Calm @Okcool50]

@GottaBeFrankYT It’s because of Ocarina of time, how are people not getting this

@GottaBeFrankYT

[Calm @Okcool50]

@_subtxt_ Oh ok. I guess you can turn off notiffs for X.

But I didn’t mean to interrupt you. I think it’s good to be knowing as a consumer.

And FF7 team could take some pointers regarding how short the wait time was for OOT. (5 months from announcement) @_subtxt_

[Calm @Okcool50]

@_subtxt_ You seem angry about something. It’s easy to get excited and not know why they are doing it, I’m just giving a heads up. It’s a smart tactic. Not trying to condone anything or be negative. It’s a win win for consumers. @_subtxt_

[Calm @Okcool50]

@RAWARPG I know Marketing, that is exactly what’s happening. Square are trying to make $ and new fans out of Ocarina of time.

It’s easy to get fooled as consumer.

Win win really for consumers though, but don’t be fooled 😉

FF7 was 97, OOT was 98. @RAWARPG

[Calm @Okcool50]

@_subtxt_ The aggressive retweets is what they are after, the ”shock” of it being 8$. And OOT and FF7 are from the same era.

It’s just good to be educated as a fan and consumer.

@_subtxt_

[Calm @Okcool50]

@_subtxt_ I think you’re missing the point. That’s the point that they are going so low as 7$ THIS week because of OOT. They know people who are not necessarily gamers anymore are tuning in THIS WEEK for OOT Switch 2, so if they see FF7 is also on it for 7$, they’ll get that too.

[Calm @Okcool50]

@StellaNoxEclair This is because of Ocarina of time @StellaNoxEclair

[Calm @Okcool50]

@Schrodingersba4 It is. It’s a win win for us, and the bew Open world style for Rebirth and Revelation works well for a Switch. (Even though I don’t really like the open world approach) @Schrodingersba4

[Calm @Okcool50]

@_subtxt_ As I said, I’m not saying it’s a bad thing, I’m just saying that’s why this sale is happening. No need to be mad. @_subtxt_ It’s easy to get fooled.

But this is a win win sitch, so there really is no problem for us. But it’s good to be aware as consumer.

[Calm @Okcool50]

@RAWARPG Gamers from the same era are tuning in this week for OOT this week on Switch 2. Players who are not necessarily gamers anymore. When they see FF7 is also on Switch 2 for this cheap and they played back in 98, high chance they’ll get ff7 too. @RAWARPG

[Calm @Okcool50]

@_subtxt_ I’m not saying that’s a bad thing. I’m just saying that’s how it is. We can thank ocarina of time for this. @_subtxt_

[Calm @Okcool50]

@_subtxt_ Everyone retweeting it is giving them press, and OOT and FF7 are from the same era. They know alot of people who are not gamers are tuning in for OOT this week on Switch 2, that’s why this sake is happening. It’s obvious. @_subtxt_

[Calm @Okcool50]

@hawkaydan @ProfNoctis The 7,98$ price tag is giving them press. That’s why it works. When people retweet this, that’s exactly what they want you to do.

The games are definitely worth more than 7$ @hawkaydan

You can thank Ocarina of time for this. The power of OOT.
