I think we Just lack the will. Yesterday, around 9;30pm, the Northern Bypass Maintenance contractor I think Stirling; was burning candles to meet the deadline set by the minister of @MoWT_Uganda @HonByamukama. Defence Minister Kiryowa Kiwanuka Meets UK Counterpart in London.

The Minister of Defence and Veteran affairs Hon Kiwanuka Kiryowa who is currently in the United Kingdom yesterday visited his counterpart at the White House Defence Headquarters main building, London. He met a high level delegation led by the UK Minister of State for Defence Diplomacy Lord Coaker. The two Ministers discussed how to deepen military cooperation, regional security and capacity building. The engagements between the two ministers underscored a shared commitment to advancing strategic United Kingdom-Uganda defence partnerships. Minister Kiryowa extended an invitation to the Minister Lord Coaker to visit Uganda in the near future. The Ugandan Defence Minister was accompanied to the meeting by Uganda's High Commissioner to the UK H.E Nimisha Madhivani and Brig General Geoffrey Karugaba, the Defence Advisor at the Uganda High commission in London.
