The average IQ in sub-Saharan Africa is 68. Out of 49 countries, 10 have average IQs below 60, indicating feeble-mindedness. 18 have average IQs between 60 and 69, indicative of what in the West is categorised as an intellectual disability. 15 are between 70 and 79, indicative of of cognitive impairment, difficulty with learning and abstract thinking. The remaining countries have produced no data. Not a single country has an average IQ above 80.

This disparity continues even among Africans born in Western countries, where their improved health, medical, environmental and educational conditions have failed to raise their average IQ to anything approaching that of Europeans. In the USA and around the world, Europeans have an average IQ of about 100, while Africans have an average IQ of about 85, only slightly above the highest average IQ in Africa. Even this is indicative of difficulty in learning skills or graduating from a secondary school or only doing so with low grades. Studies show that these racial differences show up before the age of 5 and, most importantly, they last a lifetime.

When we look at the ongoing inability to socialise, educate and civilise Africans in Europe and across the world, particularly in the Western countries to which they are being imported in their tens of millions, we should recall this huge disparity in intellectual capacity, the results of which are apparent to anyone who has to live among them.

Between 2019 and 2020, Blacks paid the least in taxes (£9,100) to the UK exchequer and received the most in benefits (£15,500). Their net fiscal contribution was £4,584. They are, quite literally, a useless burden who contribute nothing to Britain. But they certainly cost us a lot.

In 2019/20, even before the huge increase in immigrants to the UK from sub-Saharan Africa, 48% of Black people in Britain lived in the UK’s social housing. 8% of all social housing was being let to Black tenants, double their proportion of the population; and 7% of the new social housing being built with funding from UK taxpayers was also housing Blacks. But the costs don’t stop there.

In 2023 — the most recent date for which the figures have been published by the UK Government — Black people in Britain were 2.2 times as likely to be arrested as White people, 2.4 times as much for Black men over White men. An incredible 3.8% of Black men (43,677 individuals) in Britain were arrested in the year to March 2023 alone. This means that, out of every 105 Black men in Britain, 4 were arrested in just one year.

For serious crimes the statistics are even worse. In the three years between April 2020 and March 2023 — the most recent year for which homicide figures are broken down by race by our woke civil service — 978 homicides were committed in England and Wales, of which 18% (174 homicides) were committed by Black people, 4.5 times their percentage of the population. 14% of homicide victims are also Black, 3.5 times their percentage of the population.

This lack of socialisation and the criminality it nurtures begins at birth with disfunctional families. 57% of Black Caribbean families and 44% of Black African families in England and Wales have single parents, compared with 22% of White British families; and 90% of these single parents are women. And without adequate parenting, an equivalently high percentage of Blacks end up in prison. 12% of the UK prison population is Black, three times their percentage of the population. This rises to an extraordinary 30% of those under the age of 18, which is 7.5 times the proportion of the population that is Black.

And these figures are only the tip of the anti-social behaviour which is endemic to Black people, and which we all have to live with, every day and every night. No other race gets away with the adolescent, violent and disruptive behaviour of Blacks. Like the Black immigrants who go on rampages of destruction whether celebrating the victory of a football team or protesting the arrest of an African for the numerous murders they commit against us, Africans do not create; they only know how to destroy, our communities, our safety, our cities, our society.

We have been trying for centuries to get Africans to become more like us, to stop stealing from, stabbing and raping us, to get them to take control of their own lives instead of living off us, to stop lying and cheating, to care about something other than their appearance, clothes and jewelry, and especially about the lives of other people, to develop a work ethic, to look after their own children, to strive for something beyond their own immediate desires, to grasp abstract concepts like society, civilisation, morality.

But we’ve failed, not because we’re ‘racist’, as we’ve told ourselves for a hundred years; not because of colonialism; not because of the legacy of slavery; and not because of poverty. It’s because the average Black person doesn’t have the intelligence required to grasp these ideas, or even the basic control of their basic instincts. Violence is the default mode of the African, above all to what he doesn’t understand, which is pretty much everything that makes up European society, law, culture, civilisation.

We can bend over backwards, continue to pump trillions of pounds into African countries and discriminate against our own kind to elevate Black morons to jobs and positions they don’t deserve and cannot fulfil, whether that’s cretins like Diane Abbot and David Lammy or liars like Jason Arday and George Abaraonye, but this won’t change. Under the UN programme of replacement migration, it will only get worse.

Some people are asking why Spain still possesses territory in North Africa. A better question might be why North Africa is now Muslim and predominantly Arab.

The Mediterranean coast of North Africa was part of the Roman Empire. During the early centuries of Christianity, the region became such a stronghold of the faith that one historian described it as the “Bible Belt” of the ancient world. Three popes came from North Africa, and Latin became the dominant language in urban areas. This strong community of Christians in North African actually contributed significantly to the early spread of the faith into the Iberian Peninsula.

The character of the region began to change after Muslim Arab armies conquered the region in the seventh century. Those same forces also crossed into Europe, with the Moors conquering most of the Iberian Peninsula. Christianity survived in North Africa for several centuries but steadily declined as Christians faced forced conversion, persecution, and exile. Spanish and Portuguese efforts to recover territory in North Africa met with limited success. One notable exception was Ceuta, which Portugal captured in 1415. Ceuta held an important strategic location, as it had been a base used to launch the attacks on Spain and Portugal that led to the long subjugation by Muslims there.

After its conquest by Portugal, Ceuta again became overwhelmingly Christian. It later came under the Spanish Crown in the late 16th century. Morocco besieged the city from 1694 to 1727 in one of the longest sieges in history, but Spain retained control. Since Morocco gained independence in 1956, it has continued to dispute Spanish sovereignty over the territory.

Over the centuries, Muslims gradually returned to Ceuta. Economic migration, combined with higher birth rates among the city’s Muslim population, has substantially changed its demographics. Today, Muslims make up roughly half of Ceuta’s population.

Looking at the last 2,100 years of Ceuta’s history, the city has spent considerably more time as part of the Christian European world than under Arab-Muslim rule. It has never been part of the modern Kingdom of Morocco. The claim that Muslim-majority Morocco has an inherent right to Ceuta because it is located in North Africa ignores the greater part of the region’s history.
