I was threatened by a Supervisor last year in June. I reported the matter to Hr &he said he was gonna arrange a meeting with the supervisor, regional manager & I. 4 months later the meeting had not yet happened. I resigned, went to open a constructive dismissal case

People are suffering there but are reluctant to report because they know nothing will be done. Others opt for leaving the company. Every month there's a person leaving there

to me prior, I just saw extra work coming in. There's another supervisor who once made fun of my illness. No one was held accountable there, as far as the management is concerned. It was horrible to work for Fidelity.
