That sounds impossible until you understand how little liquidity sits between REDCAT and the tokenized stock.

When someone buys REDCAT, the trade routes through tokenized RCAT and creates buying pressure on both assets. Because the available RCAT supply is extremely small, the impact becomes nonlinear:

$10K net buying: RCAT +41%, REDCAT +31%
$20K: RCAT +113%, REDCAT +66%
$30K: RCAT +258%, REDCAT +105%
$40K: RCAT +627%, REDCAT +148%
$50K: RCAT +2,091%, REDCAT +196%

The important part is that doubling the buy does not simply double the impact.

Each buy removes more RCAT liquidity, so the next dollar pushes the price further.

At $50K, tokenized RCAT would theoretically trade at nearly 22 times its starting price while REDCAT would be worth almost three times more.

That is the reflexivity.

Buying REDCAT consumes tokenized RCAT. The available supply gets smaller, the premium grows and every additional REDCAT buy becomes more impactful.

For comparison, $50K of net $BONER buying would move tokenized $HIMS around 7.5% and BONER around 9.2%.

$AMC proved that the memestock meta can become a national story, but its tokenized stock does not have the same tiny supply connecting the meme to the actual stock.

REDCAT combines the attention of AMC with a much thinner bridge into a heavily shorted stock.
