So sad to crash out in the very first round of the CAF Confederation Cup. Losing 2–0 to CS Sfaxien meant that our 1–0 advantage from a week ago was not enough.

Chin up, lads. After so many years away from the continental scene, it was always going to be difficult.

The real test for us now is to show the world that last season’s third place finish was not a fluke. We must build on it and sustain our progress so we can return to the real glory days, when we were winning league titles and continental trophies.
