To serve this country well, you must be ready to face all these children of perdition who will threaten you threaten your family, even pai you, because you want to serve your father land, hear the problems this woman went through because she is serving her fatherland
After watching this, you will know that itโs a bold move from President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for removing the fuel subsidy.
We were subsidizing fuel for other African countries.

Theyโre happy in Norway.
Theyโre happy in the Netherlands.
Theyโre happy in Denmark.
Funny how the countries they want to live in are predominantly non Muslim, while the countries they leave are predominantly Muslim.
AND WHO GETS THE BLAME?
Not Islam.
Not their own leaders.
Not the systems they left behind.
Not even themselves.
THEY BLAME THE VERY COUNTRIES THAT GIVE THEM A BETTER LIFE!
And the irony? They then want to change those countries into the very places they left behind because they werenโt happy there in the first place.
Make it make sense.
Honestly, how can you move somewhere for a better life and then try to turn it into the very place you chose to leave?
Without tribalism, you would not even be here. ๐คฃ
Homo sapiens survived by forming their own groups, cooperating with their own communities, protecting resources and distinguishing themselves from competing human populations.
Humans have always organized themselves into groups. That group consciousness helped our ancestors survive.
So stop pretending attachment to your own people is some modern African disease.
You can cooperate with other groups without dissolving your own identity.
Unity does not require sameness, and cooperation does not require cultural erasure.

The verbs in the term "agbรกdรก" are "GBร" & "Dร".
The verb "๐ด๐ฏ๐ฎฬ" has diverse significances such as: to "sweep", ๐๐ผ "๐ณ๐น๐๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ" [in this context] and so on
The same verb is present in the name of a similar robe, viz, "๐ด๐ฏ๐ฎฬrรฌyแบนฬ" โ literally "๐ณ๐น๐๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ-swishingly".
See ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฒ-๐ญ for: "Dictionary of Modern Yoruba".
.
.
.
Likewise, the verb "๐ฑ๐ฎฬ" has multiple significances including to "๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ" (i.e. to "๐ฑ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ป") an attire โ as in "แบนgbแบนฬjแป๐ฑ๐ฎฬ" (group attire), and in the proverb "ร gbร tรกn ni ร ล gb'แปฬlแบน, tรญ a bรก ๐ฑ๐ฎฬ-aแนฃแป fรบn แปฬlแบน ล แนฃe ni ร ล paรก l'รกrรณ". See ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฒ-๐ฎ for the "Dictionary".
The nominalization of this verb ๐ฑ๐ฎฬ with the vowel "i" (for example) yields the noun: "i-๐ฑ๐ฎฬ", meaning, "that which is ๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ", i.e. "an apparel", & so on
.
.
.
In sum, "a๐ด๐ฏ๐ฎฬ๐ฑ๐ฎฬ" derives from "a๐ด๐ฏ๐ฎฬ+i๐ฑ๐ฎฬ", that is, "the apparel which flutters", "the sweeping garb", "the flowing garment", i.e. "๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ณ๐น๐๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐น".

The real story isn't the seaport alone.
It's the economic ecosystem being built around it.
I will like make some clarifications and make some corrections to your prejudiced and ill informed opinions about the Yorubas as regards our economic power in Nigeria and West Africa.
1. The Yoruba people have been a coastal power for the past 600 years. We have been trading from Warri to Port Novo to Ouidah with Europe via the Portuguese traders in equal footings. Oyo empire had Ouidah port, Port Novo port and Badagry port, the Ijebus were using the Ikorodu port and Epe port. The Ilajes were using the port at Igbokoda before the existence of lord lugard and Nigeria.
Our coastal power was bestowed to us by God and through wars that our forefathers fought so that we can enjoy. We will not make any apologies for that or dim our light for anyone.
2. The prosperity, economic and imperial hegemony of Yoruba people existed before the existence of Nigeria. We are doing what we have been doing for centuries.
3. Awolowo built the economic blueprint for the Yoruba people so that we will never poor till eternity. Do you want us to behave like you people and not build a prosperous homeland for our people? Why do you think we want restructuring? So that we can use our brain power for the economic independence of the Yoruba people in Nigeria.
4. Apart from Nigeria, the Port Novo port in Benin republic is also a Yoruba port, so donโt think our sea coast power is limited to Nigeria.
5. Stop comparing yourselves to the Yoruba people. Donโt do it, if you continue to do it, you are self destructing yourself. Awolowo created an economic power and warchest for us called Oodua investment that is worth trillions of naira, what do Azikwe create for the Igbos? Nothing! Yet you want us to be wait for you???
We wonโt do that and we will work tirelessly to build the most powerful economic bloc in the black world without waiting for anybody in Nigeria or outside Nigeria.
You have a lot to learn from the Yoruba race but instead you are competing? Competing with a people who built empires for fun across West Africa????
I am sorry, we donโt have equals in the coast of West and central Africa and we are just starting.
We wasted 50 years since the coup of 1966 because some people wanted to stop the rise of others in the of unitarism.
The port of Ondo state is still coming, we are going to build another refinery in Ondo, Badagry and Ogun and before any part of Nigeria have full 24 hours of electricity, the South west will probably achieve it.
Nigeria held us down so that the rest of you can catch up yet you didnโt.
Donโt hate us like Zik, copy us and learn from us maybe you can use some of our methods to unleash the potential of the Igbo nation.
Nigeria is federation of nations and amalgamation of empires.
This is why you should join us to clamour for decentralisation of Nigeria so that everybody can unleash their potentials instead of waiting for Abuja.
One year ago, Governor Dapo Abiodun was in China for this.
When we posted the video, what did you do? you spewed your usual negativity, that has now become an expected reaction to anything that isnโt yours, no matter how good.
Today, you are crying that Seaport is coming to Ogun State. Where was your Governor during this period? You wonโt put in any work, your Governors wonโt, but you want to eat Pounded Yam and goat meat from other peopleโs efforts.

Let us time-travel some 107 years into the past & hear from the owners of Lรดkแปjร , แปฬwแปฬrแปฬ-Yorubas
โโโโ
The "language" of Lรดkแปjร is really a variant dialect of the Yorรนbรก language. In fact, its name (Lรดkแปjร ) was said by its aboriginals to derive from Yoruba:
Lรดkแปjร = รฌlรบ รฒkรจ แปjร " = "The hilly-market town".
More interestingly, the linguistics also check out:
ร๐ฅรบ + ๐ผฬ๐ธรจ + ๐ผฬฃ๐ท๐ฎฬ = ๐๐ผฬ๐ธ๐ผฬฃ๐ท๐ฎฬ โ A piece of Yorubaland.
