That the yacht wouldn't respond because a child sex party was going on aboard the yacht at the time, and the adults aboard feared they'd be exposed if they answered the distress call--and that their was actually a discussion held on Zuckerberg's yacht about how they'd have to throw the child captives overboard if they responded to the call.
