Since the day I learnt that Garri is a probiotic, mi o gbo pa, mi o gbo po😂😂😂
I was nicknamed ‘Mókè’jébù’ (jumoke from ijebu) for a reason.
Is Garri a joke to you?
@tomisin_ms A great reflection. Such conscious realization is necessary eventually. Regardless of how baseless the incidence may be. Flesh and blood didn’t reveal this to you. You’ll live long to serve the purpose of God for your life.
@AdamsAkintayo@ChickenRepublic Loool. There’s this cold satisfaction it gives after a stressful sugarless work day.
Don’t buy in cups, spooning makes it lose the whole essence of enjoying it.
That cone ehn, filled to the brim, is pure satisfaction.
Now please note that I grow ginger, turmeric and the white turmeric so I have been able to identify the differences.
The difference even begins with the leaves of each plant, while ginger plant has narrow leaves, the two turmeric plants have wider leaves.
Let’s talk about the issue of ginger versus GMO ginger trending.
Actually, what people are passing off as GMO ginger is not. It’s been with us for as long as ginger has been and only the locals know it’s uses.
It’s known as white turmeric and not even galangal as some assume.
@Nig_Farmer@Morris_Monye Actually it’s not galangal.
It’s white turmeric.
I grow this particular specie and it has a tinge of bitterness when used too much, not spicy and the flavor is a bit weird.
It’s not new in the market at all. And of course not gmo.
