Another project completed in my journey into Data Analytics 📊

I recently built a Healthcare Performance & Patient Analytics Dashboard in Power BI.
The goal was to answer a simple question:
"How is the healthcare organisation performing, what are patients experiencing, and where are the areas that require attention?"
I worked through the project from data preparation → data modelling → DAX → visualisation → insights → security.

Executive Overview
A high-level view of the organisation's overall performance, bringing together patient volume, revenue, profitability, target achievement and patient outcomes. I designed this page to give management a quick understanding of what is happening before drilling into the details.
