Which of these three videos will the Obidients still defend?
Peter Obi went from boldly promising 10,000 megawatts of electricity…to now saying he won’t even promise Nigerians stable power.
Now you all understand why Aisha Yesufu felt embarrassed by him.
Nigerian languages and the ways of life of our people are globally recognised and honoured. This is not rhetoric. Please fact-check me: Lukumi-Yoruba-speaking police officers are highly sought after in England. London High Street stores advertise for and employ Hausa-speaking sales representatives, who are coveted and in demand. And Lukumi-Yoruba is a liturgical language used by millions of native Brazilians and Cubans, while a million Sudanese citizens speak Hausa.
Some of my readers may recall my visit to the Yoruba Village in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, where I interacted with the residents and spoke Lukumi-Yoruba with them, and where I also visited the Chief Priest of Ọbatala in Trinidad.
Nigerian languages and other aspects of our culture matter. And not just in Nigeria. Over a dozen Yoruba language songs have charted on the US Billboard Hot 100, including some that have peaked in the Top 10.
Additionally, Yoruba language and culture inspired a US sitcom, Bob Hearts Abishola, that is top-rated and globally syndicated.
As Nigerians, especially those of us with some influence, we owe a patriotic duty to project Nigeria, her culture and its people positively. That is the best way to rebrand and renew Nigeria.
We must keep in mind that if we do not love ourselves and treasure our culture, we will drift aimlessly and shamelessly copy other cultures of people who take pride in their customs.
As Marcus Garvey said, "A people without the knowledge of their history, origin and culture is like a tree without roots."

Peter Obi is a presidential candidate contesting against the candidate of our great party. Don’t expect us to remain silent when he makes statements or commits blunders that present an opportunity for us to use against him, so as to persuade those who are blindly and unthinkingly following him to join our fold. As long as Peter continues to speak, there will always be statements for us to scrutinize and challenge.
@masurge7 Kindly give me the full description, location and name of this said school that Peter claimed he built from scratch as you've claimed here in the post.
Am honestly interested to knw this. I will appreciate it if you can avail me with image/video as well
@instablog9ja The more Obi Grant interviews, the more he loses potential votes. So unfortunate this is the best most Igbos are pushing forward for presidency? God forbid evil
@DeeOneAyekooto Obi is a real disgrace to Nigeria institution and Igbo race, of all the intelligence people from south east, it is this emptiness they are calling their best?
Most Igbo people never knew they are belittling themselves by claiming Obi is their best shot
