Farmer: "Plastic, then. Sheds microfibre into the washing machine every wash. The fibres go through the filter, into the river, into the fish, into you. When you're done with it, it sits in a landfill for four hundred years. My sheep's fleece composts in a hedge in eighteen months and grew back on her this spring."

Activist: "But the sheep didn't consent."

Farmer: "She was lying down with her eyes closed when I finished. She got up and went back to eating. I'd suggest you ask her how she feels, but she's busy, and I think she's already given her answer."

Farmer: "The air. The grass pulled it out of the air last spring. The cow ate the grass. The cow breathed some of it back out. It went back into the air it came from."

Activist: "But it's still going into the atmosphere."

Farmer: "It's going back. There's a difference between a thing going somewhere and a thing going back. You've described a circle and you're frightened of it."

Activist: "Then just don't have the cow."

Farmer: "The grass still dies in autumn. It rots where it falls. The carbon goes back into the air either way, just without anyone getting fed in the middle."

Activist: "It's not that simple."

Farmer: "It's grass, cow, breath, grass. Or it's grass, rot, air, grass. Same circle, fewer dinners. If that's complicated for you I'd stay away from the water cycle. That one's got clouds in it."

Nå kommer Europaparlamentet, Brussel og Ursula von der Leyen for det norske pensjons- og oljefondet.

Politikere i EU mener Norge har for mye rikdom – og at 20–25 % av denne bør «erverves» av teknokratene i Brussel. Pengene skal blant annet brukes til å finansiere Ukraina og EUs konflikt med Russland.

Samtidig pekes det på at folk i EU får stadig dårligere råd og sliter med å betale regningene sine. Løsningen? At Norge skal stille opp økonomisk.

Så spørsmålet er enkelt: Hvor går grensen? Når blir norsk sparing til europeisk felleskasse?
