Yesterday Morning, Someone sent an amount of ₦130,000 from his bank(Access Bank), which actually shows a successful transaction from his own end, according to the receipt of payment he sent to me.

I am yet to receive the alert.

What could be the issue?

@heritagebankplc Now, this affected person who happens to be a member of my family couldn't withdraw from her ATM Card, she couldn't even make use of her Opay Account to "Add Money" from your bank, she also couldn't even access your bank app, because you choose to care less about your customers.
