We can't all be incompetent in this country. We take a lot of peace and treat each other badly. Over 50 passengers came in and couldn't get their luggage. No empathy or any form of compensation whatsoever.

Apparently, they've been doing this all week. Why carry passengers without giving them options or informing them. If anything happens or misses from my bag, I will sue not just the airline but the FAAN as well.
