The 1st XV in 1950 when they were unbeaten, winning all their games other than a 6-6 draw with Mill Hill. Flooding and cold weather (as shown in the picture) at the end of term limited them to nine matches. Jeff Clements, the captain, went on to play for England
In 1983 the @CranleighschRU 1st XV were challenged to a game by the @Cran_Netball 1st team. Sadly there is no record of the match other than a few photos sme may prefer to forget!
