@Gman2307@Tommy_Doyle8 Realistically why wouldn’t he stay?
I rate him but I doubt any prem team would be in for him, definitely not as a starter - so being a starter for a (hopefully) championship promoted team would be his best chances of achieving consistent PL games in the future imo
@CradleyWolves@MrRyanLeister They brought in new rules following Bielsa, made it clear it’s not going to be allowed going forwards and will be punished more harshly.
Southampton still did it…
@satsomboon Not way past his best… 9 PL goals this season so can still do a job.
Would be happy to have him feature for us next season, but i wouldn’t want to be going into the season with him being the striker to lead the line for the next 46 games… could easily not work out
@ConceptScouting Unfair to the Southampton fans yeah who you have to feel sorry for.
But S’ton knew it was illegal and it was always gonna be punished after they harshened the rules following Bielsa. And it is flat out cheating.
I do think this is the only punishment to stop it happening again
@4QueenOficial@constans Because blue winning is the only scenario where everyone lives.
In reality, you know some people are gonna be stupid enough to genuinely press blue, so if you yourself press red you’re sort of responsible for killing them if red wins.
@SarahBak_ Haha i think the trick is genuinely ask them a question where they have to think if they wanna lie or not.
Because i doubt you’re gonna be clever and be able to get them to make a spelling mistake etc
it still adds a bit of pressure of which random name to put down.
I really think your gut reaction would be to lie. So i think it would possibly secure 4 faithfuls - the two names written down and the 2 people sat next to them
I’d ask, “Who was sat directly to your left at the roundtable just now”.
The number of names on the list would indicate the number of traitors currently left (which the faithfuls don’t know for sure), would they think in the moment to ever put their own name down (?) and…
That’s not a statement… a statement would be someone on the roof of the SB mid-game tying a Taiwan flag to one of the flag poles… never would happen for plenty of obvious reasons but we can dream #wwfc
