Now it’s been 28 days since my channel (OldGold Studio) was demonetized for “reused content.”
I was approved for monetization by a human… then removed after only 17 days, and now stuck in this loop with no real answer.

My case (ID: 5-0434000040305), told that it was escalated, but I still haven’t received a real human review or any meaningful help. Just slow generic responses, no replies and no actual resolution.

I’ve explained everything clearly and even provided a full appeal video, but it feels like my case is being ignored, my appeal video hasn’t even been watched.

And that’s the most frustrating part because everything I post is created from scratch. No reused visuals or reactions and nothing is copied.

@TeamYouTube please close this case and link me with a support specialist or someone from the internal team who can actually review my channel properly.

I’m not asking for anything special, just a fair human review and a fix for what is clearly a mistake.

YouTube accepting creators into the YPP means they are deemed eligible for YPP. As long as they don't radically change direction/style of their content, removing them from YPP without warning and seizing their current month's earnings is extremely unethical and should be illegal.

After 15 days of waiting, I finally got a response from @YouTube… and it’s a generic rejection, without reviewing my channel or even watching my appeal video.

The reason says “editing isn’t enough” but I don’t even edit or reuse other people’s content. I create everything on my channel from scratch.

So seeing this kind of response after waiting this long just doesn’t make sense.

I’m not asking for anything special, just a real human to actually review my case properly.

Right now it just feels unfair.

Just hit 10K subscribers on my channel… and honestly, it doesn’t even feel good.

I should be celebrating this milestone, but instead I’ve been demonetized for “reused content” for 15 days now, for no valid reason.

This claim is simply incorrect. All content on my channel is 100% original, and I invest hours in creating every video from scratch. i never used someone else works or edit it.

Here’s a breakdown of the effort behind my content:
I select iconic roles based on audience requests, research the actor’s performances and best movies, and create AI-generated visuals to bring the present-day actor alongside their most famous roles. I then animate these images one by one, write custom scripts, and edit the video using CapCut, which takes me up to two days for a single video! The result is unique content that’s received amazing feedback from viewers, as you can see from the comments.

I’d love for YouTube to take another look at my channel and see the immense effort I put into every video. This is a truly original concept, and the claim of reused content doesn’t reflect the hard work behind it.
Please reconsider this decision! 🙏

It’s now been over 13 days since my channel (OldGold Studio) was demonetized for “reused content.”

The frustrating part? I don’t react to or reuse anyone’s visuals. every single scene on my channel is created by me from scratch.

What makes it worse is that I was approved for monetization by a real human just 16 days before this happened… and then suddenly removed for no reason.

I’ve been in contact with YouTube support, and my case has been escalated.
But 13 days and I’m still waiting… no answer yet.

@TeamYouTube how long does it take to get a real human review to fix this? This situation is becoming exhausting.

I just hope this doesn’t end with another ai generic automated response like many creators are getting.
