@brianmccormick I've thought running as more the consequence for poor behavior and a lack of focus.

Teaching discipline would be best done by praising/rewarding the kids who have the discipline to train on their own, stay focused and are always maximizing their efforts.

@MCameron008 I get that. Depending on age, I'm not sure for a lot of kids the answers are alway evident to them. They often seem to have a jaded perspective on their ability.
