Not according to the checkers' 60/60 dropout rates... I have to tell you. As someone who employs a lot of South Africans. It is rare to find one with a genuinely good work ethic. If you are not on their case, they will leave early, take shortcuts regardless of training, finding reliable management is nearly impossible. Many steal, most will cover for them. Efficiency is none existent without you regularly driving them. The most basic tasks are left unfinished or a mess...you can train all you want... but there is a SERIOUS lack of pride or ambition.

Everyone wants a job. But no one is interested in doing their jobs well or progressing their position.
