@GeauxGabrielle I’m from the city but if you venture up north a few hours it’s not hard to find moose meat, bear meat, along with the venison and whatever flying things they shot in the deep freeze. I’ve never seen it first hand but beavers are also on the menu in Quebec from what I’ve heard.
