The venue for the Windsor Urban Development Management Panel has been moved to the Windsor Room of the Castle Hotel, High Street, Windsor. The start time of 7pm remains unchanged.

@brian_millin@RBWM So the SVBLP doesn’t have ‘significant weight’! How many applications have been swayed by this statement? I’ve been asking for this to be revisited since it first appeared after submission. Why change now -has the Inspector intervened?
Hang on a sec. The Borough Local Plan states a need from 2013 of 434 Affordable Homes pa. You've delivered an average of 44 pa since then, so you're already 2000 behind so 1200 isn't anything to be klaxoning about. You're failing to meet the needs of your residents.
