@IRCTCofficial Sir, I have submitted my complaint multiple times, but my user ID has still not been activated, and the ₹5200 in my e-wallet has not been refunded. I kindly request you to please look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest.

IRCTC has disabled my IRCTC user ID, which has a balance of ₹5200 in the IRCTC e-wallet. Despite multiple calls to customer care, my issue remains unresolved.
Kindly assist by either unlocking my account or processing a refund of the e-wallet balance to my registered bank account.
