Photos from the Bangkokian Museum, which offers insights into life in #Bangkok between 1937-1957.
Earlier this year, I visited the museum with two friends who said the household interior and items reminded them of their childhoods in #NorthKorea.
A recording of the song "My Lark" (나의 종달아) from the 1964 #DPRK film "A Story about a Fighter."
Both the film and song seem to have been purged in later years.

I think this is on Nanjing Road (南京路) in #Shanghai with the silhouette of the Park Hotel in the background.
I wonder how much the music, film, and architecture of Norodom Sihanouk's #Cambodia influenced #NorthKorea over the years.
In any case, #OPP highly recommends watching "Don't Think I've Forgotten: Cambodia's Lost Rock and Roll" (2014)"
